Justin hails from West Jefferson, NC, a peaceful town in the heart of North Carolina’s highlands. Before going into law practice, Justin spent several years living and working in other challenging industries in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California. During that time he established successful businesses serving southern California’s most creative and innovative minds. His recent transition back to the South was inspired by a desire to be back near his family, life long friends, and the good southern folks of North Carolina. Justin prides himself on offering practical solutions and a caring approach to some of life’s most difficult problems. His clients benefit from both his real world experience outside the office and his attention to each detail of their case. Since being back in North Carolina, Justin has enjoyed supporting local businesses, creative individuals, and the Oxford Home for Children.

Attorney Klish oversees the practice areas of probate law and estate planning including the setup of wills and trusts.

Anthony Klish earned Bachelor Degrees in Political Science and Psychology from East Carolina University. He was the President of ECU’s Political Science National Honor Society and was as an active member of the Judicial Board. Anthony graduated from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he received the Law Dean’s Scholarship for all three years. Anthony served as the law school’s Chief Justice. He competed in mock trials, moot court and client counseling competitions. Anthony has a wide range of experiences in both civil and criminal matters. He worked with the Wake County Public Defender’s Office on cases ranging from DWI’s, to felony trials where defendants face sentences of up to life-in-prison. He worked for an estate lawyer, serving as an officer manager and assisting in the closing of estates and other probate matters. Additionally, Anthony has worked closely with other attorneys in pursuing complex lawsuits within North Carolina and other states. Anthony volunteers for a wills clinic hosted by the Southern Coalition for Social Justice. Through the Coalition, Anthony provided many clients with end-of-life documents. Also, Anthony volunteered for the Innocence Project, where he reviewed cases and pursued defendants’ claims of innocence. Finally, Anthony's goal is to assist his clients in their most important moments. Anthony realizes that his clients' issues matter tremendously. Consequently, Anthony voraciously works towards his clients' goals, never being satisfied until the best outcome is reached.
